Prep for the 2017/2018 season is underway! As myAgro continues to grow our client base and work with more farmers, we also need to build the strength of our team. Last week, myAgro Senegal’s newly promoted Field Coordinators and Field Supervisors gathered at HQ for a week of training, where they learned everything from the history of myAgro to how to analyze key performance indicators.
It was an exciting week for these new leaders, many of whom started at myAgro as interns and will now be managing their own teams. Now, the field team is ready to work together and kick off another season of enrolling farmers, this time with four new districts to lead.
