Shon Morris leads myAgro’s growth by establishing and executing a long-term vision for all HR and talent functions. Additionally, he leads the organizational efforts to maintain a high-performing, engaged, and effective team, as well as championing myAgro’s culture and mission inside and out of the organization.
Prior to joining myAgro, Shon led the HR department at Pro Mujer, a growing microfinance organization with close to 2,000 employees in five countries that provides microfinance and health services to over 250,000 women. Shon’s career roots began in Paraguay and Peru where he served as a small business (agriculture focus) Peace Corps Volunteer, as well as a Peace Corps Technical Trainer. Shon holds a BS from Miami University (Ohio) in Marketing and a MS from the New School University in Nonprofit Management.
